Ley Parish Hall

The existing stone hall (set in an area of outstanding natural beauty), built in the 1930's is to be extended and refurbished to provide much needed additional space and up to date facilities. These include a catering kitchen, disabled WC, fully accessible approach, accessible storage space and generous entrance.

The kitchen will act as a conservatory space that connects to a patio with views across the Esk Valley.

The project aims to reduce the energy consumption of the hall and provide solar PV panels to generate electricity, together with an air source heat pump that will help to increase energy efficiency.

The proposed extension uses a mineralic render on a sandstone base.
